Having studied at Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in St. Louis for 4 years, I want to welcome Bishop Robert Carlson of Saginaw, Michigan as the Archbishop-elect of St. Louis. To my friends in St. Louis, I say congratulations on getting a new bishop. His views and beliefs are very much in line with the Catholic Church. As bishop of Saginaw, he accomplished many things. The Archdiocese of St. Louis web site posted the press release of Diocese of Saginaw, Michigan which included the following accomplishments:
